Mutual funds, explained by someone sitting across the table
We are an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN: 305902), empanelled with 20 Asset Management Companies. We help you choose schemes, complete the paperwork, and keep track of it afterwards.
For individuals and families
Systematic Investment Plans (SIP)
Invest a fixed amount every month rather than trying to time the market. Regular investing spreads your purchase price across market levels, and long holding periods let returns compound. Neither eliminates the risk of loss.
Children's education and future planning
Work backwards from what a degree is likely to cost when your child is eighteen, and start now. We help you size the monthly amount and choose schemes with a matching time horizon.
Tax planning through ELSS
Equity Linked Savings Schemes qualify for deduction under Section 80C of the Income-tax Act, subject to the limits and conditions in force. ELSS carries a three-year lock-in and invests predominantly in equity, so the value can fall as well as rise. Tax treatment depends on your circumstances and can change.
Retirement planning
Building a corpus you can draw on later, and then structuring the drawdown. We will talk through how much you are likely to need and how to get there — not promise you a number.
Long-term wealth building
Equity and hybrid schemes for money you will not need for several years. The longer the horizon, the more short-term volatility you can afford to sit through.
Goal-based investing
A home, a vehicle, a wedding, a sabbatical. Each goal gets its own timeline and its own scheme selection, so a short-term need is not sitting in a long-term fund.
Investment support
Alongside the transaction itself:
- A conversation about your goals, time horizon and how you have reacted to falls in the past
- Help choosing schemes suited to that horizon, drawn from all 20 AMCs we are empanelled with
- Help spreading money across asset types rather than concentrating it
- Periodic reviews, and help rebalancing when your allocation has drifted
- Consolidated statements, and help reading them
- Support at redemption — including the tax consequences you should check with your tax adviser before you act
This support is incidental to our distribution activity. We do not charge you an advisory, planning or review fee — we are remunerated through trail commission paid by the Asset Management Companies, which is disclosed on our How We Are Paid page. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. If you want fee-only advice with no product relationship, we will tell you so and you should approach a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser.
Corporate treasury
For companies, SMEs and institutions with surplus cash that has to stay accessible.
Where money can sit | Typically used for |
Overnight funds | Cash you may need tomorrow |
Liquid funds | Working capital buffers and near-term payables |
Ultra-short-term debt | Money with a few weeks to a few months before it is needed |
Short-term debt | Surplus with a clearer runway of several months |
We help you match the parking place to your actual payment calendar, set up the transactions, and provide periodic statements for your finance team. Debt schemes are not risk-free: they carry interest rate risk and credit risk, and returns are not assured.
Getting started
- A conversation — in person at any of our three offices, or over a call. No fee, no obligation.
- KYC, if you have not invested in mutual funds before. We will tell you exactly what to bring.
- Scheme selection, with the reasoning written down so you can check it later.
- Your first transaction, executed directly with the AMC in your own name.
- Reviews at an agreed interval, and whenever your circumstances change.
